About Quality Communications of Virginia
Since 1991, Quality Communications of VA, Inc. has been proudly serving businesses in Richmond, VA. Quality's founder, Kenneth Bowman, worked for C & P telephone company for many years before being transferred to the AT&T large Business division. There, Mr. Bowman programmed and installed some of the first large-business telephone systems such as the Dimension, System 85, System 75, and Definity telephone systems. Though technology and business practices have changed since those early days, our core values remain the same... be honest with the customer, maintain your integrity by delivering what was promised, and offer value through knowledgable staff and reasonable prices. Our focus now is on small and mid-sized business voice and data solutions including traditional telephony, IP telephony (VoIP), converged data communications, and the cabling solutions to support these technologies.
Staff Training
All technicians are certified and kept current on the latest products, software updates/enhancements, and installation techniques available. We pride ourselves on having the knowledge and expertise to ensure that the solution is designed, programmed, and installed correctly.
Bench Testing
We believe that thorough bench testing is a must for today's high end communications products. This provides two major benefits:
- Solutions are "put through the paces" prior to deployment in your production environment. This ensures that any "bugs" are worked out ahead of time and that your organization doesn't suffer any major productivity losses when the solution goes live.
- As new products and applications become available, they are tested in our lab to ensure that they will meet the expectations of our customers.
